How do your products fit?
Our products tend to run slightly small. If you are between two sizes, we recommend choosing the larger one.
Where is my order?
You can find your tracking link in your customer account. It will show you the progress of your delivery. If your order is late compared to the estimated delivery time, feel free to contact us at hello@ethos-next.com.
I have an issue with my order, how can I contact you?
If you received the wrong item or your product has a defect, please send us a photo at hello@ethos-next.com. We will get back to you within 48 hours.
Can I exchange my item?
To ensure product availability, exchanges are not currently possible. We recommend requesting a return for a refund, then placing a new order.
I want to return my order, how do I proceed?
You have 14 days after delivery to change your mind. Please contact us at hello@ethos-next.com, and we will provide you with a prepaid return label. Please note that a €4.99 fee will be deducted from your refund for each return, regardless of the number of items returned.
If you paid for shipping and you return all items from your order, your original shipping costs will also be refunded.
The product must be returned in its original packaging, unworn and unwashed, with the original tag attached. We recommend avoiding perfume when trying items on.
Once we receive your return, it will be inspected and processed. If it meets the conditions above, your refund will be issued within 7 days.
For hygiene reasons, we cannot refund underwear that has been worn or if the packaging has been opened (tamper sticker removed).
