Refund policy

You have 14 days after the delivery of your order to change your mind. To do so, please contact us at hello@ethos-next.com. We will provide you with a prepaid return label. Please note that for each return, regardless of the number of items returned, an amount of €4.99 will be deducted from the refund.

If you paid delivery fees and you return all the products in your order, these delivery fees will also be refunded.

The product must be returned in its original packaging, with its original tag, unworn and unwashed. We recommend not wearing perfume when trying it on.

Once we have received your return, it will be inspected and processed, and if it meets the above conditions, your refund will be approved within 7 days.

For hygiene reasons, we unfortunately cannot refund underwear that has been worn or whose packaging has been opened (torn sticker).
